Rootz Tax Lawyers is happy to announce that Ruben Toonen joins the firm as per August 1, 2021. Ruben is a proactive tax lawyer with experience in both domestic and international tax law. Ruben specializes in family owned businesses, real estate and construction corporations and leisure related enterprises. His focus, among other things, is at the impact of OECD BEPS and transfer pricing legislation and tax advice & compliance regarding inbound investments in the Dutch Caribbean area. Before joining Rootz Tax Lawyers, Ruben worked for KPMG Meijburg & Co in the Netherlands and HBN Law & Tax in the Dutch Caribbean.
