From June 17 to 20, 2025, the fifth edition of the Suriname Energy, Oil & Gas Summit & Exhibition (“SEOGS”) will take place in Paramaribo. What began as a regional initiative has now evolved into Suriname’s premier energy and offshore event — and one of the leading summits in the Caribbean. A defining moment for Suriname
The theme of SEOGS 2025, A New Dawn, reflects the breakthrough currently unfolding in Suriname’s offshore oil industry. Earlier this year, TotalEnergies and APA Corporation reached a final investment decision for Block 58. The national oil company, Staatsolie, also holds the right to participate in this development. This makes SEOGS 2025 a pivotal milestone in Suriname’s transition to becoming an energy-producing economy, creating opportunities for both industry stakeholders and the Surinam population.

The SEOGS 2025 agenda is extensive and tailored to a wide range of stakeholders within the energy sector. Over the course of four days, the summit will feature symposia, technical conferences, and engaging pre-summit activities. Each element is supported by an international exhibition floor where service providers, operators, and policymakers come together.
